Dressing like Sookie Stackhouse from True blood is a
personal favourite of mine. Sookie’s choice of clothing typically reflects who
she is. A beautiful bell from the Deep South. She starts off as a sweet innocent
virgin, and begins to slowly morph into a cute pixie-like fairy, all with a
hint of cleavage. Not only does her wardrobe show that she is sweet and lovely
but there is usually some hint of sex appeal.
To show off her saintly vestal virgin side, she typically
wears pastel and soft coloured outfits or plain white. She is rarely seen in
dark colours or black. Where there is print it is mostly only ever floral, this
really shows off her Deep South culture.
The cut she normally wears also suits her body well. Nearly every
dress cuts just under her breasts and flows down just over her knees. The straps are thin to show off the shoulders. The
neckline is usually a V cut or sweetheart, just enough to remain tasteful but
also enough to show off some cleavage for that extra piece of sex appeal. These types of cuts and dress shapes suit
nearly every type of body figure.
Besides dresses, during the day Sookie also sometimes tends
to wear short jean shorts, jean jackets, singlets and shirts that are also
plain and pretty.
The shoes Sookie wears are ballet flats or wedges with
dresses, and if wearing shorts then usually a pair of low cut Converse like shoes.
